So tell me what turns you on?  And no I don't expect itemized lists or for you to proclaim yourselves... but lets talk...

how well do you know yourself?  What do you find sexy in others... what is it that makes you ache.... makes you hard as a rock or so wet you need a new pair of panties (assuming you wear them)...

While sex is so out there and in our faces, so much of it is still hidden and considered taboo.... I mean we accept ..hell we revere girl on girl action but mainstream society abhors guy on guy...why?  Stereotypes and societal conditioning is my opinion... I personally find both types of same sex  encounters to be intriguing and sensual.  But then I'm more of a non-conformist type than social sheep.

Sex should be fun, you should be exploring and learning about yourself with each encounter.... you know I think 1 of the biggest mistakes committed couples make is allowing sex to become a routine.... it's like ya the wife loves it when I bite her tits but hates it anywhere else....so instead of exploring if licking...sucking or nibbling excites her, he sticks with tried and true....that's not necessarily wrong (she says with an eye roll) but if you do the same ole same in bed, that's when it starts to cost you because your partner is going to notice the water stain on the ceiling or how the wall colour washes out the carpet...I'm being facetious but the point I am trying to make is you may as well be a dildo for her if all you do is the same saturday night special...


So come on read... do some research....talk with each other..... share a fantasy or 2.... play ... laugh and explore your own body and theirs... sex with someone should make you breathless and tingling with anticipation, not trying to figure out if you'll be finished in time to switch laundry loads.

I decided to start this blog to talk about all things sex.  I have a teenage daughter just hitting all the fun of puberty and lately there has been a number of moments where I was torn between giggling my fool head off and wondering WTF I got myself into.  However, that's just one of the reasons for this blog... I also believe that while we see sex everywhere we look...on TV... Movies....Music... I often wonder do we truly even understand it.  I mean really when was the last time you women got naked and took a good look at all your parts and paid attention to them?  What about you men, when was the last time you took notice of your body?

We live in a world filled with stereotypes and bullshit about sex... we teach our children from birth about it....we teach them sex is shameful....that it's dirty....that it's what you talk about in the dark when no one can really see how red your face is...  Now before you get all bent I am fully aware that there are very healthy people in this world with very healthy perspectives and understandings of sex, sexuality and human relationships.  Yes I said the R word because whether it's a one night fling ...Friends With Benefits .... any human interaction creates a relationship....whether it's a blip along the way or something more...it's still there.

We see what advertisers and hollywood all want you to accept as the standard for being sexy, I think it is a crock....I mean sure they have good points and such but reality is there is nothing more sensual and erotic than a person who knows themselves and knows that being sexy is about owning your sexuality and accepting yourself...
